It all begins with a breakdown to have a breakthrough. Perhaps you’re making a life change or would like to. I have tried meditation before. Why does your approach work for more than others?

There are so many different ways to meditate in the world. I appreciate and acknowledge your effort at attempting to meditate and for being here. What works about this approach is the simplicity of the practice, getting the customizable approach, the community in which you will be a part of to keep you going, and the ability to give yourself permission to fail. I take C+ students not the A ++ ones.

What will gaining more peace do for me in my life?

You know those moments when you ask yourself, what is this all for? What can having peace do for me anyhow? Perhaps ask yourself instead, what would it be like to live with ease, freedom and possibility? What would that provide for you? I guarantee when you show up consistently and start putting in the effort to have more peace in your life, things that bothered you before will not bother you and you will be able to be aware of how to grab more peace as you move along this journey. You deserve a joyful, peaceful life.

What is the difference between a mentor, coach, teacher, awareness specialist?

A mentor is sharing input on experiences where a coach is guiding you on journey with set professional skills and training. Mentor helps you set goals where a coach is here to increase your performance. With a mentor there is no formal outside support of formal feedback. With a coach, there will be delivered feedback and support outside of just the 1:1 sessions.

An Awareness Specialist is someone who specializes in awareness, mindfulness and meditation. They help you in practicing finding the beginning stages of awareness in yourself where you can make real choices that lead into better habits. An Awareness Specialist also specializes in creating a mindful lifestyle in every choice in your life. Especially the environment in which you are surrounding yourself in. The environment can make or break this new way of living you are seeking and I am here to ensure that you are set up for the best possible outcome.

What is the difference between Mindfulness & Meditation?

Mindfulness is the practice of observing whatever it is you are doing in the moment. It is complete awareness of washing the dishes, being with another being, observing all the senses that action brings to you. Meditation is the ability to sit unapologetically and watch the mind, the monkey mind. All the thoughts moving and working without judgement. Seeing the inner workings of you and adding in compassion.
